FAQ
Commercial cleaning, answered.
The questions facility managers, dealership ops, and fleet supervisors ask before they sign a recurring contract.
- Do you work with recurring commercial accounts or one-time jobs only?
- Both. Our core business is recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly programs for dealerships, fleets, restaurants, and property managers. We also take on one-time projects (pre-listing exterior cleans, post-construction cleanup, pre-event prep).
- Where do you service?
- Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts cities and counties immediately bordering Rhode Island — Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket, Woonsocket, Attleboro, Fall River, Taunton, and the surrounding commercial corridors. See our service area page for the full city list.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. General liability and workers' comp are active. We provide certificates of insurance to property managers and corporate facilities teams before the first service date.
- Do you bring your own water?
- Yes. Our trucks carry onboard raw water and spot-free DI water. We don't need to tie up your hose bibs unless you'd prefer we use site water.
- Will the work disrupt operations or block customers?
- We schedule around your operations. Dealership inventory and dumpster pads are typically done before opening. Drive-thru and restaurant exteriors are run during closed windows or low-traffic periods. We coordinate the schedule with you up front.
- What surfaces and equipment do you use?
- Pressure washing for hard surfaces (concrete, brick, drive-thru pavement), soft-wash with low-pressure detergent for siding and signage, vehicle-safe shampoo with spot-free rinse for fleets and inventory. We match technique to surface — not the other way around.
- Do you handle wastewater?
- Where municipal stormwater regulations require it, we deploy berms, vacuum recovery, and filtration. We work with property managers and municipalities to stay compliant.
- What does a typical recurring program cost?
- It depends on scope (square footage, vehicle count, surface type) and cadence (weekly vs monthly). The fastest way to a real number is a quote request with site details, or a free on-site walkthrough.
- How quickly can you start?
- Most recurring programs can start within 1–2 weeks of a signed proposal. One-time and emergency work is often available within the same week, depending on route capacity.
- Do you provide service documentation?
- Yes. Every visit is documented with service notes and photos. Customers receive clear records of completed work and service history they can pass to ownership.
- What happens if something gets missed?
- We come back at no charge. Our crew lead performs an end-of-job walk before clearing the site, but if something gets past us, that's on us to fix.
- How do I get started?
- Submit a quote request with your property details, or book a free on-site walkthrough. We'll follow up within one business day.
